2008 Nebiolo

2008 Nebbiolo

Piedmont, Italy

This Nebbiolo grape hails from the prestigious wine region of Piedmonte, widely known for making the region's majestic Barolo and Barbaresco wines. The wine is full-bodied, powerful, yet its purity is displayed by its layers of complex flavours of varietal aromatics of violets, dark fruits and toasted cinnamon and hints of tabacco. The palate's supple tannins and vibrant acidity are distinctly harmonious, making this a wonderfully well structured wine. Cellaring up to 8+ years.

2008 Heritage

2008 Heritage

Sorry, Sold Out.

The Heritage is a classic red wine Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc. It is un-filtered to retain its full flavours. This wine is partially aged in new American oak barrels. Aromas of blackberries and mature cherries with hints of vanilla and chocolate come to the nose. Brilliant dark ruby colour reveals the wine's complexity. The Heritage is well balanced while it marries soft tannins with spicy fruitiness. The long finish with lingering fruit sensation fills your mouth. It is perfect with pasta, pork, beef, and French cheeses of medium age.
